You’ve probably seen photos of this world famous landmark from every other angle possible.

The photo below shows the winner of the places category in The Mono Awards – a competition which showcases the best of black and white photography from Australian and New Zealander photographers.

Perth photographer Liz Barker snapped this photo of the very famous structure from above, while we’re used to seeing it photographed from the safety of the ground below.

“Many entrants were capable of seeing ideas beyond what most other people might notice, and

that makes the judging process so refreshing in an age where everyone thinks they are a

photographer,” judge Anthony McKee said.
